Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Revolving Commitment under this Section 2.06. Upon any reduction of the Revolving Commitmentsunused Commitments of any Class, the Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Lender under such Class shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Facility any Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Upon any reduction of the Revolving Commitments, the Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Revolving Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Revolving Letter of Credit Sublimit, Swing Line Sublimit or the Commitment under this Section 2.062.6. Upon any reduction of the Revolving Commitments, the Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Credit Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Revolving Commitment Commitments under this Section 2.062.08. Upon any reduction of the Revolving Commitments, the Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Percentage Pro Rata Share of such reduction amountthe amount by which the Commitments are reduced. All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility Commitments accrued until the effective date of any termination of any portion of the Revolving Facility Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Upon any reduction of the Revolving Commitmentsa Facility, the Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Appropriate Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Percentage in respect of the relevant Facility of such reduction amount. All fees in respect of the Revolving any Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving such Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Aggregate Revolving Facility Credit Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Upon any reduction of any of the Revolving Commitments, the Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees in respect accrued on the amount of the Revolving Facility accrued until Commitments so terminated or reduced to, but excluding, the effective date of any such termination of the Revolving Facility or reduction shall be paid payable on the effective date of such terminationtermination or reduction.

Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Revolving Commitment aggregate Term A Commitments under this Section 2.06. Upon any reduction of the Revolving aggregate Term A Commitments, the Revolving Term A Commitment of each Revolving Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Percentage of such reduction amountreduction. All fees in respect of the Revolving Term A Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Facility aggregate Term A Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Revolving Commitment Letter of Credit Sublimit or the Aggregate Commitments under this Section 2.062.07. Upon any reduction of the Revolving Aggregate Commitments, the Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility Loans accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Facility Aggregate Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of unused portions of the Revolving Commitment Commitments under this Section 2.06. Upon any reduction of the Revolving Commitments, the Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Percentage of such reduction amount2.04(a)(ii). All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination or reduction of the Revolving Facility Commitments pursuant to Section 2.07(a) in respect of any Commitment being terminated or reduced pursuant to this Section 2.04 shall be paid on the effective date of such terminationtermination or reduction.

Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any such notice of termination or reduction of the Revolving Aggregate Commitments. The amount of any such Aggregate Commitment under this Section 2.06reduction shall not be applied to the Letter of Credit Sublimit unless otherwise specified by the Company. All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Facility shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility Aggregate Commitments, as set forth in Section 2.07 or any Fee Letter or otherwise, accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Facility Aggregate Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Revolving Commitment Letter of Credit Sublimit, Swingline Sublimit or the Aggregate Commitments under this Section 2.06. Upon any reduction of the Revolving Aggregate Commitments, the Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Percentage of such reduction amount. All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility Aggregate Commitments accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Facility Aggregate Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any such notice of termination or reduction of the Aggregate Revolving Commitment under this Section 2.06Commitments. Upon any Any reduction of the Aggregate Revolving Commitments, Commitments shall be applied to the Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s according to its Applicable Revolving Percentage of such reduction amountPercentage. All fees in accrued with respect of the Revolving Facility accrued thereto until the effective date of any termination of the Aggregate Revolving Facility Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of the Revolving Commitment unused portion of the Aggregate Commitments under this Section 2.06. Upon any reduction of the Revolving unused portion of the Aggregate Commitments, the Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Lender shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Percentage ratable portion of such reduction amount. All fees fees, if any, in respect of the Revolving Facility Commitments and Loans accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Facility Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.

Application of Commitment Reductions; Payment of Fees. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Lenders of any termination or reduction of unused portions of the Letter of Credit Sublimit, or the unused Revolving Credit Commitment under this Section 2.06. Upon any reduction of the Revolving Commitmentsunused Commitments under a Facility, the Revolving Commitment of each Revolving Lender under such Facility shall be reduced by such Lender’s Applicable Revolving Percentage of the amount by which such reduction amountFacility is reduced. All fees in respect of the Revolving Facility accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Revolving Facility Aggregate Commitments shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.
