Common use of APPLICATION OF FUNDS IN THE CERTIFICATE ACCOUNT AND INTEREST RESERVE ACCOUNT Clause in Contracts

APPLICATION OF FUNDS IN THE CERTIFICATE ACCOUNT AND INTEREST RESERVE ACCOUNT. (a) The Master Servicer shall, from time to time, make withdrawals from the Certificate Account and remit them by wire transfer on the related Master Servicer Remittance Date in immediately available funds to the account specified in this Section or otherwise (w) to such account as it shall determine from time to time of amounts payable to the Master Servicer from the Certificate Account pursuant to clauses (i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (vi), (viii) and (ix) below; (x) to the account specified in writing by the Trustee from time to time of amounts payable to the Trustee from the Certificate Account pursuant to clauses (ii), (iii), (v), (vi), (xi), (xii) and (xiii) below; and (y) to the Special Servicer from time to time of amounts payable to the Special Servicer from such Certificate Account pursuant to clauses (i), (iv), (vi), and (vii) below of the following amounts, from the amounts specified for the following purposes:
