Application of Interest Collections. On the fourth Business Day prior to each Payment Date, as provided below, the Administrator shall instruct the Trustee in writing pursuant to the Administration Agreement to withdraw, and on such Payment Date the Trustee, acting in accordance with such instructions, shall withdraw, the amounts required to be withdrawn from the Series 2009-1 Accrued Interest Account pursuant to Section 3.3(a) below in respect of all funds available from any Series 2009-1 Interest Rate Caps and Interest Collections processed since the preceding Payment Date and allocated to the holders of the Series 2009-1 Notes.
