Common use of Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(a) and (e) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 7.l hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(b), (c) and (d) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds net proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 3.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds net proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(a) and (e3.4(a) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 7.l 4.1 hereof, and and (ii) the Net Proceeds net proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(b), (c3.4(b) and (dc) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the : Net Proceeds of the insurance required by in Section 6.4(a) and (e) 6.4 hereof or pursuant to any blanket policy carried as an alternative to the insurance required to be carried pursuant to Section 6.4 hereof shall be applied applied, at the sole discretion of the Lessee, as provided in Section 7.l hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(b), (c) and (d) 7.1 hereof shall be applied or toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(a) and (e) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 7.l hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section Sections 6.4(b), (c) and (d) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(aSections 6.4(e) and (e) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 7.l 7.1 hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section Sections 6.4(b), (c) and (d) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

The Net Proceeds of the any insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 5.4 hereof shall be applied as follows: (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(a) and (e) hereof insurance, other than liability or worker's compensation insurance, shall be applied as provided in Section 7.l hereof, 6.1 hereof and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the liability or worker's compensation insurance required by Section 6.4(b), (c) and (d) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 hereof this Loan Agreement shall be applied as follows: : (i) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by in Section 6.4(a) and (e) 5.5 hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 7.l 6.1 hereof, and (ii) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by in Section 6.4(b), (c) and (d) 5.8 hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.
