Common use of Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance Clause in Contracts

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to (i) Section 6.4(a) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 7.1 hereof and (ii) Section 6.4(b) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.3 hereof shall be applied as follows: (iA) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(a6.3(A) hereof shall be paid to the Lessee and applied as provided in Section 7.1 hereof hereof, (B) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.3(B), 6.3(C), 6.3(D) and (ii) Section 6.4(b6.3(E) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.3 hereof shall be applied as follows: (iA) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(a6.3(C) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 7.1 hereof hereof, and (iiB) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(b6.3(B) and 6.3(C) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.4 shall be applied as follows: (i1) Section the Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 6.4(a) hereof and (b) shall be applied as provided in Section 7.1 hereof 7.1, and (ii) Section 6.4(bthe Net Proceeds of the insurance required in Sections 6.4(c) hereof and (d) shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.

Application of Net Proceeds of Insurance. The Net Proceeds of the insurance carried pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.3 hereof shall be applied as follows: (iA) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(a6.3(A) hereof shall be applied as provided in Section 7.1 hereof and (iiB) the Net Proceeds of the insurance required by Section 6.4(b6.3(B), 6.3(C), 6.3(D) and 6.3(E) hereof shall be applied toward extinguishment or satisfaction of the liability with respect to which such insurance proceeds may be paid.
