Application of Payments to Certain Obligations. If any part of the Secured Obligations cannot be lawfully secured by this Deed of Trust or if any part of the Deed of Trust Property cannot be lawfully subject to the Lien hereof to the full extent of the Secured Obligations, then, to the extent permitted under applicable law, all payments made shall be applied on said Secured Obligations first in discharge of that portion thereof which is not secured by this Deed of Trust.
