Application of Representations and Warranties. It is understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the representations and warranties of each Designated Borrower in this Section 6.18 shall only be applicable to such Designated Borrower on and after the date of its execution of a Designated Borrower Request and Assumption Agreement.
