Application of sections 94, 94A. and 94EF of the Act (a) The application of sections 94, 94A and 94EF of the Act are excluded to the extent set out in Items 5 and 6 of Schedule 2 to this document. (b) For the purpose of section 93F(3)(e) of the Act, and as set out in Item 7 of Schedule 2, any benefits under this document for a public purpose will not be taken into consideration in determining a development contribution under section 94 of the Act.
