Application of System Revenues; Funds and Accounts. The Municipality covenants and agrees that from and after the execution of this Loan Agreement and continuing so long as any of the principal amount of the Loan shall remain Outstanding, it will on the first day of each month administer and allocate all of the System Revenues as follows:
