Common use of Application Requirement Clause in Contracts

Application Requirement. Any employee may apply for the vacant position by submitting a written letter of intent to the District Office within the posting period. An employee on leave of absence during the posting period may have his/her letter of intent submitted by his/her Job ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
