Application Response. 6.9.1 In Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Tennessee, when space has been determined to be available, BellSouth will provide a written response (“Application Response”) within twenty-three (23) business days of the receipt of a Bona Fide Application, which will include, at a minimum, the configuration of the space, the Cable Installation Fee, Cable Records Fee, and the space preparation fees, as described in Section 8. 6.9.2 Except as otherwise provided, for all States that have ordered provisioning intervals but not application response intervals, BellSouth will provide a written response (“Application Response”) within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a Bona Fide Application. The Application Response will include, at a minimum, the configuration of the space, the Cable Installation Fee, Cable Records Fee, and the space preparation fees, as described in Section 8. Response intervals for multiple Bona Fide Applications submitted within the same timeframe for the same state in excess of fifteen (15) must be negotiated. All negotiations shall consider the total volume from all requests from telecommunications companies for collocation. 6.9.3 In Florida, within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of a Bona Fide Application, when space has been determined to be available or when a lesser amount of space than that requested is available, then with respect to the space available, BellSouth will provide a written response (“Application Response”) including sufficient information to enable ALEC Inc., to place a Firm Order. The Application Response will include, at a minimum, the configuration of the space, the Cable Installation Fee, Cable Records Fee, and the space preparation fees, as described in Section 8.
