Common use of Application Response Clause in Contracts

Application Response. 6.9.1 In Florida, within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of a Bona Fide application, when space has been determined to be available or when a lesser amount of space than that requested is available, then with respect to the space available, BellSouth will provide an Application Response including sufficient information to enable DukeNet to place a Firm Order. The Application Response will include, at a minimum, the configuration of the space, the Cable Installation Fee, Cable Records Fee, and the space preparation fees, as described in Section 8. When DukeNet submits ten (10) or more applications within ten (10) calendar days, the initial fifteen (15) calendar day response period will increase by ten (10) calendar days for every additional ten (10) applications or fraction thereof. 6.9.2 In Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee when space has been determined to be available, BellSouth will provide an Application Response within twenty (20) calendar days of receipt of a Bona Fide application.
