APPLICATION SUBMISSIONS. Any employee who wishes to be considered for a vacancy that has been announced must electronically apply for that vacancy by using USA Jobs. The application must include: 17.7.1 a resume; 17.7.2 a response to the vacancy questions addressing the applicant’s experience and qualifications relative to each of the vacancy questions (i.e., rating factors) listed in the announcement for the position;
