Application to Participate. 1. All report cards, transcripts or other certification of completion of approved courses must be submitted to the Human Resources Division by October 15th of each school year for the professional growth stipend to be granted the following December. 2. Evidence of attendance at special events and a short summary of workshops, conferences, etc. must be presented to the Human Resources Division within two (2) weeks of attendance of those events.
