Application to Subcontractors. All provisions of this Article also shall apply to all subcontractors, and substantially similar terms shall be stated in all contracts between Seller and its subcontractors. Seller shall not permit any subcontractor to commence any Services relating to this Agreement until the subcontractor delivers to Seller or TWC evidence of insurance in the amounts and on the terms provided in this Agreement. The foregoing shall in no way diminish Seller’s obligation to obtain TWC’s prior written consent prior to subcontracting any Services hereunder.
