Common use of Application to the Office of Rail and Road Clause in Contracts

The Information Request shall contain: a list of the specific information which the Train Operator considers reasonably necessary in order for it to inform its decision on whether to submit an Access Proposal or a Train Operator Variation Request and, if so, for which Train Slot; and the timescale within which the Train Operator considers it is reasonable for Network Rail to provide the information requested.
