Applications and Notices. a) Contractor shall provide applications, forms, and notices to applicants and Enrollees in plain language and in a manner that is accessible and timely to individuals: (1) living with disabilities, including accessible websites and the provision of auxiliary aids and services at no cost to the individual in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, or (2) with limited English language proficiency. b) Contractor shall provide applications, forms, and notices, including correspondence, in a manner that is accessible and timely to individuals who are limited English proficient as required by Health and Safety Code
