Applying for Vacancies. Upon receiving notification, either verbally or in writing, any certified employee wishing to be considered for the posted vacancy will submit a written letter or email to the Superintendent asking them to be considered for the posted vacancy. The certified employee will be notified of the receipt of their letter of application. Such notice will be received by the bargaining unit member within ten (10) working days after the receipt of the letter of application.
