Section 1.1 The Companies hereby appoint DSC the accounting agent ("Accounting Agent") for all of the classes of each Portfolio, to provide such accounting services as are set forth herein and DSC hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to provide the Companies, as their agent, the services described herein.
