Appointment of Additional Trustees. At any time or times for the purpose of meeting any legal requirements of any jurisdiction in which any part of the Trust Property may at the time be located, the Management Trustee, by an instrument in writing, may appoint one or more individuals or corporations to act as a separate trustee of all or any part of the Trust Property to the full extent that Applicable Law makes it necessary or appropriate for such separate trustee to act alone.
