Appointment of Agents by Trustee Clause Samples

The 'Appointment of Agents by Trustee' clause authorizes the trustee to delegate certain duties or responsibilities to agents or third parties. In practice, this means the trustee can hire professionals such as accountants, investment managers, or legal advisors to assist in managing the trust's assets or fulfilling administrative tasks. This clause ensures that the trustee can efficiently manage complex or specialized aspects of the trust, thereby promoting effective administration and reducing the risk of mismanagement due to lack of expertise.
