Appointment of Authority Engineer. 16.1.1 The Authority shall appoint a railway engineer / Project Management Consultancy (PMC), to be the engineer under this Agreement (the “Authority Engineer”). 16.1. 2The appointment of the Authority Engineer shall be made no later than 30 (Thirty) days from the date of this Agreement. The Authority shall notify the appointment or replacement of the Authority Engineer to the Contractor.
