Common use of Appointment of Committees Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Committees. To appoint or delegate as necessary such persons, committees or entities as the Board of Trustees shall determine in its sole discretion to make and advise decisions under the Plan and Trust; provided, however, that the Board of Trustees may withhold to itself all authority and decision making to itself without delegation.
