Appointment of Distributors. AB will, within ten (10) days of the end of the Rejection Period, deliver to each Designated Distributor an On-Premise Distribution Agreement/s, in substantially the form of Exhibit A, subject to modification as agreed upon by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and AB.
