Appointment of Managers 2. 1 With effect from the date stated in Box 4 of Part I (the “Date of Commencement”) and continuing unless and until terminated as provided herein, the Owners hereby appoint the Managers and the Managers hereby agree to act as the managers of the Vessel in respect of the Management Services.
