Appointment of Receiver, Trustee, Liquidator. Borrower applies for or consents in writing to the appointment of a receiver, trustee or liquidator of Borrower, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ House II Improvements, or all or substantially all of the other assets of Borrower, or an order, judgment or decree is entered by any court of competent jurisdiction on the application of a creditor appointing a receiver, trustee or liquidator of Borrower, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ House II Improvements, or all or substantially all of the other assets of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, but only if any of the foregoing is not dismissed within sixty (60) days after such appointment, judgment or decree.
