Common use of Appointment of Servicer; Acceptance of Appointment Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Servicer; Acceptance of Appointment. The Project Company hereby appoints the Servicer, as an independent contractor, and the Servicer hereby accepts such appointment, to perform the Servicer’s obligations pursuant to this Servicing Agreement on behalf of and for the benefit of the Project Company or any assignee thereof in accordance with the terms of this Servicing Agreement and applicable Laws and Codes as it applies to the Servicer in its capacity as servicer hereunder. This appointment and the Servicer’s acceptance thereof may not be revoked except in accordance with the express terms of this Servicing Agreement or by the Requirement of Law.
