Common use of Appointment of Sub-processors Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Sub-processors. Customer acknowledges and agrees that: (a) Contentsquare’s Affiliates may be retained as Sub-processors; and (b) Contentsquare and Contentsquare’s Affiliates may each engage third-party Sub-processors in connection with the provision of the Services, all in accordance with and under the terms of this Section 5.
