Appointment of Subservicer. So long as Harley-Davidson Credit Corp. acts as the Servicer, the Servicer may at any time without notice or consent perform specific duties as servicer under this Agreement through subcontractors; provided, however, that, in each case, no such delegation or subcontracting shall relieve the Servicer of its responsibilities with respect to such duties, as to which the Servicer shall remain primarily responsible with respect thereto.
