Common use of Appointment of Subservicer Clause in Contracts

Appointment of Subservicer. So long as NMAC acts as the Servicer, the Servicer may at any time without notice or consent subcontract substantially all its duties under this Agreement to any corporation more than 50% of the voting stock of which is owned, directly or indirectly, by Nissan. The Servicer may at any time perform specific duties as servicer under this Agreement through other subcontractors; provided, however, that no such delegation or subcontracting shall relieve the Servicer of its responsibilities with respect to such duties as to which the Servicer shall remain primarily responsible with respect thereto.
