Appointment of the Agent and the Security Agent. Each of the Arranger and the Lenders appoints the Agent to act as its agent under and in connection with the Finance Documents and each of the Arranger, the Lenders and the Agent appoints the Security Agent to act as its security agent for the purpose of the Security Documents.
