Common use of APPOINTMENT OF THE CALCULATION AGENT Clause in Contracts

APPOINTMENT OF THE CALCULATION AGENT. The Issuer hereby appoints [ ] as the Calculation Agent in respect of each Series of Notes described in the Schedule hereto (the "Relevant Instruments") for the purposes set out in clause 2 below, all upon the provisions hereinafter set out. The agreement of the parties hereto that this Agreement is to apply to each Series of Relevant Instruments shall be evidenced by the manuscript annotation and signature in counterpart of the Schedule hereto. In addition, the Calculation Agent agrees that it will provide a copy of all calculations made by it which affect the nominal amount outstanding of Relevant Instruments which are identified on the schedule as NGNs or Registered Notes held under the NSS to the Fiscal Agent (whose contact details are set out on the signature page hereof).
