Common use of Appointment of the Distributor Clause in Contracts

Appointment of the Distributor. The Corporation hereby appoints the Distributor as the Fund's principal underwriter and distributor to sell the Class C shares of common stock in the Fund (sometimes herein referred to as "Class C Shares") to the public and hereby agrees during the term of this Agreement to sell Class C Shares to the Distributor upon the terms and conditions herein set forth.

Appointment of the Distributor. The Corporation hereby appoints the Distributor as the Fund's principal underwriter and distributor to sell the Class C A shares of common stock in the Fund (sometimes herein referred to as "Class C A Shares") to the public and hereby agrees during the term of this Agreement to sell the Class C A Shares to the Distributor upon the terms and conditions herein set forth.

The Corporation hereby appoints the Distributor as the Fund's principal underwriter and distributor to sell the Class C I shares of common stock in the Fund (sometimes herein referred to as "Class C I Shares") to the public eligible investors (as defined below) and hereby agrees during the term of this Agreement to sell the Class C I Shares to the Distributor upon the terms and conditions herein set forth.

Appointment of the Distributor. The Corporation Fund hereby appoints the Distributor as the Fund's principal underwriter and distributor of the Fund to sell the Class C I shares of common stock in the Fund (sometimes herein referred to as "Class C SharesI shares") to the public eligible investors (as defined 2 below) and hereby agrees during the term of this Agreement to sell Class C Shares I shares to the Distributor upon the terms and conditions herein set forth.

Appointment of the Distributor.
