Common use of Appointment of the Security Agent Clause in Contracts

Appointment of the Security Agent. (a) Each of the Guaranteed Finance Parties appoints the Security Agent to act as its security agent under and in connection with the Guaranteed Documents. (b) Each of the Guaranteed Finance Parties authorises the Security Agent to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to the Security Agent under or in connection with the Guaranteed Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.

Appointment of the Security Agent. (a) Each of the Guaranteed Finance Parties other Secured Party appoints the Security Agent to act as its security agent under and in connection with the Guaranteed Finance Documents, the Transaction Security and this Agreement in relation to any Security. (b) Each of the Guaranteed Finance Parties other Secured Party authorises the Security Agent to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to the Security Agent it under or in connection with the Guaranteed Documents Finance Documents, the Transaction Security and this Agreement together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.

Appointment of the Security Agent. (a) Each of Finance Party (other than the Guaranteed Finance Parties Security Agent) appoints the Security Agent to act as its security agent and trustee under and in connection with the Guaranteed Finance Documents. (b) Each of The Security Agent declares that it shall hold the Guaranteed Transaction Security on trust for the Finance Parties on the terms contained in this Agreement. (c) Each Finance Party (other than the Security Agent) authorises the Security Agent to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to the Security Agent under or in connection with the Guaranteed Finance Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.

Appointment of the Security Agent. (a) Each of the Guaranteed other Finance Parties appoints the Security Agent to act as its security agent and trustee under and in connection with the Guaranteed Finance Documents. (b) The Security Agent declares that it shall hold the Transaction Security on trust for the Finance Parties on the terms contained in this Agreement. (c) Each of the Guaranteed other Finance Parties authorises the Security Agent to exercise the rights, powers, authorities and discretions specifically given to the Security Agent under or in connection with the Guaranteed Finance Documents together with any other incidental rights, powers, authorities and discretions.
