Common use of Appointment Type Clause in Contracts

Appointment Type. (i) Regular Employees" are engaged on either a Full-time or Part-time basis to perform duties, which are of a continuous nature of indefinite extent. Such Employees are hereinafter referred to as “Regular”, "Regular Full-time Employees" or "Regular Part-time Employees". (ii) Sessional Employees" are engaged on either a Full-time or Part- time basis for specified periods of employment of a recurring nature, approximately coinciding with the sessional periods established by the University Calendar.
