Common use of Appointments and Resignations Clause in Contracts

Appointments and Resignations. As of the Closing Date, the Company and Seller shall have taken all actions to cause (a) the persons set forth on Schedule 6.2(e) to be appointed as the Company’s officers and managers and (b) the current officers and managers of the Company to resign from the Company.
