Common use of Apprentice Agreements Clause in Contracts

Apprentice Agreements. 2 The Apprentice Agreement first executed October 27, 1939 and approved 3 by the Washington State Apprentice Council November 6, 1939, and as 4 amended effective April 20, 1978, shall be applicable within the State of 5 Washington only, and the Apprentice Agreement executed February 10, 6 1988, and approved by the State of Oregon Apprenticeship and Training 7 Council June 9, 1988, shall be applicable at Boeing of Portland, Multnomah 8 County, Oregon only, and the Apprentice Agreement executed November 1, 9 2001 with the State of Kansas Apprenticeship Council shall be applicable 10 within the State of Kansas only. These Agreements may be extended to 11 other Company locations by later mutual agreement of the Company and 12 the Union. The Apprentice Agreements, as now applicable, and any 13 extended application of either of them by later agreement of the parties shall 14 not contravene the provisions of this Agreement. 15 ARTICLE 18‌
