  • Cultural Competence 1. Grantee will make reasonable efforts to provide services that meet each client’s individual needs and takes into consideration the intellectual functioning, literacy, level of education and comprehension ability of each client in order to ensure that all information is presented in a way that meets each client’s individual needs. 2. Grantee will provide services in the client's primary language either directly by Grantee or by a DFPS approved translator. 3.   • Adult Apprentices 26.1 Adult apprentices are apprentices who commence their apprenticeship at the age of 21 years or older. The location of the Point of Interconnection shall be mutually agreed by the Interconnected Entities, provided, however, that if the Interconnected Entities are unable to agree on the Point of Interconnection, the Transmission Provider shall determine the Point of Interconnection, provided that Transmission Provider shall not select a Point of Interconnection that would impose excessive costs on either of the Interconnected Entities and shall take material system reliability considerations into account in such selection. Specifications for the Customer Facility and the location of the Point of Interconnection shall be set forth in an appendix to the Interconnection Service Agreement and shall conform to those stated in the Facilities Study.

  • Salary Progression 1. For the purposes of determining annual progression from one step to the next, each teacher’s performance will be assessed annually against the appropriate professional standards. 2. When setting performance expectations and development objective(s) with individual teachers for the coming year, the appropriate professional standards against which the teacher is to be assessed should be confirmed between the teacher and the employer. 3. For each teacher to progress annually to their next salary step they will need to demonstrate that they meet the appropriate professional standards.
