Common use of Appropriate Remuneration Clause in Contracts

Appropriate Remuneration. The following remuneration shall be paid for employees that meet the requirements in Clause11.1: Certificate IV (AQF IV) for Area Officer $40.00 per fortnight Diploma (AQF V) for Area Officer in Charge $42.50 per fortnight Advanced Diploma (AQF VI) for Ports Supervisor $45.00 per fortnight Certificate IV (AQF IV) for Administrative Officer Level 1 $40.00 per fortnight Diploma (AQF V) for Administrative Officer Level 2 $42.50 per fortnight Advanced Diploma (AQF VI) for Administrative Officer Level 3 $45.00 per fortnight These allowances will be applicable for all purposes of this Agreement. These allowances will increase annually from 1 January by the same % increase as the wages rates in clause 5.1
