Common use of Approval and Registration Clause in Contracts

Approval and Registration. 9.1 If the applicable laws and regulations of any jurisdiction permit and demand the approval and/or registration or filing of this Agreement or the Loan provided hereunder from or with any government authority, the Borrowers shall promptly complete the formalities for such approval and/or registration or filing upon request of the Lender, and shall provide the Lender with the proof of such formalities.
