Approval Delays Sample Clauses

The Approval Delays clause defines how delays in obtaining necessary approvals are handled within a contract. It typically outlines the process for notifying the other party of a delay, the impact such delays may have on project timelines, and any extensions or remedies available as a result. This clause ensures that both parties are aware of the procedures and consequences if approvals are not granted on time, thereby minimizing disputes and providing a clear framework for managing project schedules.
