Common use of Approval of Amendment Clause in Contracts

Approval of Amendment. The foregoing Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation was duly approved by the Board of Directors on , 2012. The foregoing Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation was proposed by the Board of Directors of the Corporation and submitted to the shareholders of the Corporation in accordance with the Virginia Stock Corporation Act for a vote on , 2012.
