Approval of Application. The Member and the Project Owner shall be bound by the terms and conditions governing the approval and funding of the Application, including any and all representations made in the Application. Approval of the Application by the Bank shall be conditional and shall be subject to the AHP Regulations and the Bank’s AHP Policies and Procedures. Approval shall be effective only upon written notice from the Bank to the Member.
