Approval of Borrower Applicant Sample Clauses

Approval of Borrower Applicant. In order for a Borrower Applicant to be approved as an Additional Borrower (i) the Borrower Parties must obtain the written consent of the Administrative Agent, not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned; (ii) such entity shall be one (1) in which the Fund owns a direct or indirect ownership interest, or through which the Fund may directly or indirectly acquire an Investment, the indebtedness of which entity can be guaranteed by the Fund under its Constituent Documents; and (iii) the provisions of this Section 6.3 shall be satisfied or waived;
