Common use of Approval of Budget for the Tenant Improvements Clause in Contracts

Approval of Budget for the Tenant Improvements. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth elsewhere in this Work Letter or the Lease, Landlord shall not have any obligation to expend any portion of the TI Allowance until Landlord and Tenant shall have approved in writing the budget for the Tenant Improvements and any other items permitted by Subsection 3.4.1(g), 4.5.1(g) or 5.6.3(g) of the Amendment (the “Approved Budget”). The initial Approved Budget shall in no event exceed the TI Allowance.
