Approval of Entity. Approval is granted to the Entity. Entity represents that its Certificate of Formation contains all the requisite provisions of the Law; has been reviewed and approved by the Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs ("DCA"); and has been filed with, as appropriate, the Office of the State Treasurer, all in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:20-5.
