Common use of Approval of PR Clause in Contracts

Approval of PR. Buyer shall have until the date which is fifteen (15) days prior to expiration of the Due Diligence Period ("PR Approval Deadline") to notify Escrow Agent (with a copy to Seller), in writing, of its objection to any exceptions identified in the PR or any other matters indicated as Permitted Exceptions in Section 4.1(b). If the Title Insurer issues any supplement to the PR which identifies any additional exceptions which are not Permitted Exceptions, Buyer shall have the right to deliver written notice of its objection to the same, in writing, to Escrow Agent (with a
