APPROVAL OF THE PARTIES Clause Samples

The "Approval of the Parties" clause establishes that certain actions, decisions, or changes within the agreement require the explicit consent of all parties involved. In practice, this means that modifications to the contract, the undertaking of specific obligations, or the execution of particular transactions cannot proceed unless each party provides their written or formal approval. This clause ensures that no unilateral decisions are made, thereby protecting the interests of all parties and promoting transparency and mutual agreement throughout the contractual relationship.
