Approvals by Developer Clause Samples
The 'Approvals by Developer' clause defines the requirement that certain actions, documents, or decisions within a project must receive formal consent from the developer before proceeding. In practice, this may apply to design changes, contractor selections, or material substitutions, where the developer's written approval is needed to ensure alignment with project standards and objectives.
