Approvals for assignment. Any assignment under this Article 20 shall be subject to the approvals and consents required therefor under Applicable Laws, including approval of the Commission. Provided, however, that the grant of any consent or approval under Applicable Laws shall not oblige the Utility to grant its approval to such assignment, save and except as provided herein.
